  • 4 x 60 minute training and self reflection calls.

  • Private Facebook group for support, encouragement and accountability

  • Additional empowerment activities including meditation, journal prompts, rituals.

  • All sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you miss anything.

Hi, I am Dani

I spent my teens and 20s trying to please everyone. I struggled to put boundaries in place and prioritise myself.

After having my son in 2014 my mental health took a massive dive. I decided something needed to change.

Through working with a coach I started to learn to look after myself, let go of guilt to honour my needs. I learned to love and celebrate the woman I saw every day in the mirror.

I breathed love and joy back into my life so I could truly enjoy the little moments, with my son.

I qualified as a coach, and now I empower women around the world to love, honour and celebrate themselves
